Lawrence Huggins was born into Christ on April 1st, 1979. A loving Father of 4 children and a devoted Christian man he was inspired to Preach and Teach the message of Christ some 38 years ago. Having always a place in his heart for those who were hurting and disenfranchised it seem to be a natural thing to become a Preacher and a leader in the Lords Church. In the early years of his Ministry, he was Taught and Educated by some very Learned and gifted men in the Church. Having been exposed to Hermeneutics, Isometrics, Exegesis and different areas of critical thinking of Bible study he was able to be selected to participate in a Street Ministry Team in Fresno, California. As part of a two-man Team there were daily Bible studies and because of the work, well over 100 baptisms occurred. Though the road has not been easy God has always proven faithful during those times in life where the road seemed dark, and the way seemed unsure. While his Ministry, he was commissioned by the Church to go and restored the Church of Christ that met in Tranquility California. The Church had declined down to only two members, however with the Lord’s help the Lord added 15 more souls to the work. Over the years God as allowed Lawrence Huggins to Plan and arrange Gospel meetings, Bible study groups, work with Homeless Shelters, Teach and Preach to those who were trapped in non-biblical groups. Along with serving in other areas God open the doors for him to serve in other congregations as the Evangelist. More recently by God’s providence he relocated to the Beautiful City of Yucaipa, California. As he was laboring there became a need to be able to move the Church forward and so began another chapter in the life and times of Evangelist Lawrence Huggins. his prayer, his aim is to do what God’s will is where ever he has him and do make a difference where he has him.
